Advise EVERY worker of these protocols!

 

1. If medical attention is needed, injured workers report to the nearest location:

2. Injury Reports from a Supervisor and the Injured Worker (English or Spanish) are due to CBR within 24 hours of incident.

IMPORTANT: In the rare case your location is outside the service areas of these facilities, you have different protocols and have been notified of those.
