Aaron Witsoe, President, Creative Business Resources

Aaron Witsoe has served as president of Creative Business Resources for the past two years and brings strong leadership and sales skills to the company, as well as many years of relevant experience. As president, Witsoe has created programs for measuring the success of CBR’s efforts. His knowledge and experience with managing people and resources, in addition to his creative selling approaches, help him maintain the overall vision of CBR. Witsoe initially joined CBR as the regional sales manager, coordinating sales efforts with the service and operations teams. Witsoe began his professional career with a start-up company in Chicago, developing the first state-wide insurance publication in the nation, which reached thousands of agents nationwide. Witsoe holds a life/health insurance license as well a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Group Communications. He is heavily involved in the community, working with organizations such as Project Cure and Phoenix Rescue Mission and currently acts as a chairperson to the Leadership Council in Arizona for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). Witsoe enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, outdoor activities such as basketball and softball, as well as listening to music.

Camille French-McCaleb, Director of Operations & Human Resources, Creative Business Resources

Camille French-McCaleb joined CBR as the director of operations and human resources in 2005. She currently directs the operations of the human resources, benefits and payroll divisions, as well trains CBR employees. McCaleb is directly involved in client relations by assisting clients with higher-level HR issues and problem resolution, including HR strategy, implementing policies and lawsuit prevention. Her efforts have assisted small-to-medium sized businesses improve their human resource processes, performance management and leadership development programs. Prior to joining CBR, McCaleb directed HR and consulted for several private and public companies. She developed and implemented policy strategies, compliance strategies and training programs. She has acquired more than 14 years of HR experience. McCaleb earned her Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College as well as a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from ASU. She enjoys traveling, reading and outdoor activities such as golf, skiing and softball. McCaleb is a three-time participant in the Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure and she and her family currently sponsor three underprivileged children though World Vision and Compassion International.

Jessica Spinks

 

Jessica is the newest member to the CBR team. She is currently in a brand new position at CBR as the marketing coordinator. The Los Angeles native just graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in marketing from the Eller College of Management. For three years during college she worked for an entertainment marketing firm called Buzztone in Los Angeles, handling clients such as Warner Brothers Entertainment, Stila Cosmetics, and New Era. She has also globe trotted a bit while holding down an internship at Harpers Bazaar magazine in London before taking a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain and traveling to places such as Madrid, Mallorca, Sweden, Germany, Paris, and London. She enjoys decorating, fashion, dancing, scrapbooking, and meeting new people. So far CBR has welcomed her and she enjoys her position and the professional environment. She hopes to make a good mark on CBR and bring a new creative outlook to their business model.

 

 

Harry Glazer  

 

Harry Glazer joined the CBR team in January of 2007. He began his career in the Outsourcing industry over 7 years ago. During this time, Harry has specialized in helping small and mid-sized business evaluate the benefits of outsourcing HR and Technology based solutions. Having started and ran a PEO for just over 2 years, Harry has had the unique experience of not only being an Outsourcing consultant, but also running all aspects of a small business. “This has given me the ability to really relate to a small business owner… I was in that role once and I know first hand what it is like!” In his free time, Harry spends time with his Wife and 2 kids – usually playing at a local park or boating at the lake.

Vincent Hearn, Jr 

Vincent Hearn, Jr joined CBR in June of 2006. During his entire professional career, Vincent has always been passionate about small business. Having been raised in a family of Entrepreneurs has given Vincent an inside look at the inner workings, habits, etc. of successful business minds. His involvement with companies ranging from High Tech to Sports Entertainment (3 seasons and 2 NBA Championships with the San Antonio Spurs), has exposed Vincent to many facets of management, sales, marketing, and customer service. If you have the pleasure of meeting Vincent you will discover first hand what many have experienced… His friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in an in-depth discussion makes him a great consultant and friend. When not meeting with business owners or at CBR, you can find Vincent experimenting in the kitchen for his wife and 2 children. He also enjoys frequently playing basketball and watching his former outfit, the San Antonio Spurs.

Kym Varner 

Kym Varner joined Creative Business Resources in May, 2001, has served in the Risk Management Department since 2002 and assumed responsibilities as Risk Manager in 2005. Her responsibilities include managing workers compensation policies, overseeing claim management, providing safety resources for clients and assessing clients’ risk management needs, among other things. Her strong work ethic and commitment to service prove valuable in providing for clients’ needs. In addition to BS and MED degrees, she has also earned an Associates degree in Risk Management and a Property and Casualty Producers license. Heavily involved in charity work, Varner routinely participates in Angel Tree, Samaritan’s Purse and many other events through her church. She also serves on the board of directors and a scholarship committee of a local ministry. She enjoys adventurous vacations, as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, water skiing and snow skiing.
