YOUR ROLL
Your job as a CBR HR Specialist is to offer business owners solutions in four major areas:

1) Compliance/HR Solutions
2) Worker’s Compensation/Risk Management
3) Payroll/Time Keeping Solutions
4) Employee Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER
We offer the following unique and exciting compensation package:

  1. Unlimited income potential with a safety net of $2,500 per month guarantee for your first six months. This safety net helps you during the inevitable “ramp-up” period associated with a new sales position.
  2. Double commissions on your sales during your second six months up to $15,000.
  3. A renewal income stream to reward you for attracting and KEEPING great customers!  This renewal stream will continue as long as your customers remain CBR clients and you achieve your annual sales goals.
  4. Car and cellphone allowance.
  5. Medical insurance after 90 days.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for extremely motivated individuals who already know how to sell and can set and exceed their goals.  We will teach you the PEO side of the business, but we are looking for the proverbial “Rain Maker” who is excellent in qualifying prospects, building relationships, asking probing questions, presenting, and closing sales.  To be considered you should have a history of sales accomplishments, preferably in selling an intangible arena.
