Understanding the New Arizona Immigration Law

An Educational Lunch & Learn Seminar Offered by CBR’s Human Resources Department

Governor Napolitano recently signed new legislation targeting employers of undocumented workers. Under this new law, officially titled the Legal Arizona Worker’s Act (HB 2779), Arizona employers and companies with employees in Arizona will face severe penalties for failing to comply. CBR has developed an educational Lunch & Learn seminar in order to help local business understand this new law.
